Report: Mother Calls 911, Asks Police to Scare Her Kids

According to a report from Florida television station WKMG, a 27-year-old Florida mother was arrested last week after allegedly calling 911 asking to have officers sent to her home in order to scare her young children -- ages 1 and 3.
