Flanagan: 4 to 7 p.m.

Fairbury: 4 to 8 p.m.

Pontiac: 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Eastland Mall, Bloomington; McLean County Arts Center, Bloomington; El Paso: 5 to 7 p.m.

Bloomington and Normal; change collection to benefit ISU-IWU chapter of Habitat for Humanity; Bellflower; Carlock; Clinton; Danvers; Deer Creek; Downs (porch lights on, rain date Saturday); Hudson; Lincoln; Mansfield; McLean, Saybrook: 5 to 8 p.m.

Heyworth: 5:30 to 8 p.m.

LeRoy: 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Minier (porch lights on): 6 to 8 p.m.

Peoria: Peoria police request children are home by 8 p.m. Treats on the Prairie will be 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Shoppes at Grand Prairie; participating stores will give children in costumes treats. Northwoods Mall will offer trick-or-treating from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Bartonville: 4 to 8 p.m.

Bellevue: 5 to 8 p.m.

Brimfield: No official hours.

Chillicothe: 5 to 8 p.m.

Dunlap: 5:30 to 8 p.m.

Elmwood: 5 to 8 p.m.

Glasford: 6 to 8 p.m. A parade for children will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Village Hall and will be followed by costume judging in the park.

Hanna City: 5 to 8 p.m.

Norwood: 6 to 8 p.m.

Peoria Heights: 5 to 8 p.m. Ambulance and fire staff will be screening candy from 5 to 8 p.m. at Village Hall.

Princeville: 5 to 8 p.m. Free hot dogs will be available at Stevens Square starting at 4 p.m. from the Princeville Civic Association.

Trivoli: Children are invited to celebrate Halloween at 6 p.m. at the firehouse. Trick-or-treating will follow.

West Peoria: Children must be off the streets by 8 p.m.
