Perspective homebuyers could be able to find out if the property they're eyeing to purchase was ever used to create the dangerous drug- Meth.

State Representative Mike Smith from Canton introduced a bill that would require sellers to inform perspective buyers about whether Meth was ever made in the home.

Representative Smith says the dangerous chemicals used to cook meth could affect people living on the property years later.

The bill now sits in a House Judiciary Committee and is awaiting consideration.
