A District 150 bus monitor faces two counts of battery and two counts of state disorderly conduct.

Peoria Police arrested 22–year–old Mitchell Clack Thursday morning after word got out about an incident on a Charter Oak School Bus last Friday.

According to the police, two fourth grade students were riding the school bus home, when Clack placed masking tape over one child's mouth and over the neck of another student. Neither child reported an injury.

Campus police reviewed the bus tape and called Peoria police to investigate.

Clack has been placed on unpaid leave pending the investigation.
