WEST PEORIA, Ill. -- The lottery winning streak continues in the Peoria area.
A West Peoria store sold a winning Lucky Day Lotto ticket Thursday, meaning someone in the area will be $50,000 richer.
The winner, who has yet to come forward, purchased their Quick Pick ticket at Circle K, 3016 West Farmington Road, and matched all five numbers – 08 - 12 - 22 - 27 - 34 – in last night’s drawing.
The store will receive a $500 bonus, 1 percent of the jackpot amount, for selling a winning ticket.
