The Woodford Coroner's Office and the Illinois State Police are investigating a fatal car accident at an intersection on Route 24 near Secor.
The incident occurred around 8:10AM Tuesday morning.
Authorities say 16 year old Logan Sauder of Secor, who was on 2000 East was killed when a when a semi tractor trailer traveling east on Route 24 struck his vehicle.
A stop sign regulates traffic at this intersection and the crash is under investigation.
