Thursday night we introduced you to a young couple with a unique lifestyle in central Illinois.

Michelle and Bobby are married, but they date other couples.

We also told you about an adult club for swingers in downtown Peoria called Club 307.

When we decided to do a story about Swingers, we knew the reaction to it would be strong whether you agreed with the topic or not.

Friday, our website was inundated, more than 8,000 people read the article and more than 100 people commented on it.

Some of you were very pleased with the story, others were upset.

One viewer wrote:
"My husband and I have been in the lifestyle for about 6 years now. I hate that a news crew can take something private and make it public."

Another wrote:
"I think people that do that lifestyle are a complete joke with no respect for marriage or its rules and limits."

Many viewers were upset we talked about Club 307 at all.

"Thanks for destroying our private club. It was a place where like minded people could come together for socializing, now you have ruined that," said one viewer.

Someone else said:
"Club 307 violated the liquor laws and should be punished for that."

Even 1470 WMBD's Greg Batton, from the Greg and Dan Show talked about it.

"That was shocking enough for me that someone would go on camera, and kind of admirable," said Batton.
"They broke every swinger stereotype we were putting on blast," said Jessica Flynn, the show's producer.

And they talked about something many other viewers picked up on.

"They had a baby," said Flynn.
"Yeah, that really messed with me," said Batton.

Michelle and Bobby addressed that topic during our interview.

"I am obviously having sex with my husband, why can't I have sex with someone else?" said Michelle. "It is my choice, it is my body, I am not directly exposing my kids to it."

Whether you agree with the lifestyle or not, it appears swinging is something happening in central Illinois.
