ILLINOIS --  A statewide AMBER Alert has been cancelled after Sommer Brown-Ivory, a missing 12-year-old girl from Texas, was found safe and unharmed in Fishers, IN.

The FBI and Fishers police officers located Brown Ivory in a parking lot with her mother Lisa Elizabeth Brown just after two Sunday morning.

That's according to police in Cedar Hill, Texas, where Brown-Ivory lives.

Witnesses say the girl's non-custodial mother drove to the home Friday afternoon, screaming angrily, then coerced the 12-year-old girl into the vehicle and drove away.

Authorities issued the Amber Alert in Illinois Saturday, believing the two could have been travelling to Chicago and Florida, where Brown works as a school teacher.

Authorities say Lisa Brown has a history of abuse.

She has been arrested.
