Apple expected to unveil new "mini" product

Apple is expected to unveil its iPad Mini, a smaller and less expensive version of its very popular iPad tablet, at a media event Tuesday.

Last week, the company sent out an invitation that read "We've got a little more to show you."

Instead of the current 10-inch screen, the "mini" is rumored to be about seven-inches. That's roughly the same size as Amazon's Kindle and other e-readers.
