PEORIA, Ill -- Calling all Peorians, and those who have pride in the city! You are wanted for a special video shoot Thursday night.

On a quest for the All-American City award, the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce is shooting the final scene of a video as a part of the contest.

Staging begins Thursday at 6 pm on Adams Street between Hamilton and Main Street. Participants will then walk from Hamilton to Liberty.

"If you have something unique to Peoria, whether it's the Chiefs, Bradley University, Caterpillar, the Rivermen, anything like that that really shows off Peoria, the Race for the Cure, any one of those types of t-shirts or something like that, wear that. If you've got a group of people together, you can all wear the same thing," said Renee Charles with the Heartland Partnership.

Adams Street will be closed from Hamilton to Liberty from 6-7 Thursday night.
