CHICAGO, Ill. -- Former Governor Rod Blagojevich will get another day in court, at least his lawyers will.

Blagojevich's legal team will get a half-hour to argue for a new trial, in addition to the 100-page appeal that was filed in July.

Prosecutors will get an equal amount of time to argue that no legal errors were committed when Blagojevich was convicted in 2011.

Blagojevich is serving a 14-year prison term.
