Bloomington Man indicted for Secor homicide and dismemberment

WOODFORD CO. -- A Bloomington Man is indicted by a Woodford County Grand jury on seven counts including first-degree murder, human dismemberment, and concealment of a homicide.

Rayshawn Johnson, 23, is accused of shooting Oakley Mitchell,74, at Mitchell's rural Secor home in early August.

Mitchell's remains were found scattered in his home and the Mackinaw River in McLean County.

A second suspect Vishawn Mills, 24, is being held in the McLean County Jail on a charge of concealing a homicidal death.

If convicted, Johnson faces 45 years to natural life in prison.

He is due back in court Friday afternoon.
