BLOOMINGTON, Ill. -- Bloomington Police confirm missing teen Mary Bohanan has been safely located.
Little information is being released about the circumstances but police said Bohanan, 18, was found in Normal at 4:45 p.m. Thursday.
On Wednesday, Bloomington Police requested public’s help in finding the missing teen.
Bohanan had been missing since Monday afternoon.
According to her mother, Bohanan is the care of DCFS and was in Bloomington for a DCFS hearing.
After the hearing, she was put in a van that was supposed to take her to a mental health care facility in Rockford where she had been staying. Bohanan reportedly walked away from the van at a gas station in the 1200 block of West Market in Bloomington.
