PEORIA, Ill. -- The District 150 school board will soon have a new member.
At Monday nights meeting, the board accepted Sue Wolstenholm. She beat incumbent Laura Patelle in last month's primary.
But Wolstenholm has previously said that she does not want the seat and will resign.
A district spokesman says until there is an official resignation, Wolstenholm is expected to take the seat July 1.
The board also unanimously approved the resignation of former Charter Oak Principal John Wetteraurer.
Wetteraurer was the focus of a district investigation into ISAT testing irregularities.
He was reassigned earlier this year before requesting medical leave.
