PEORIA, Ill. -- A Peoria police officer arrested last week for unauthorized video taping had his bond set at $100,000 on Monday.

John McCavitt was acquitted on rape charges earlier this month.

McCavitt admitted during his trial to video recording what he called a consensual sexual encounter.

These charges stem from a separate incident involving a different woman.

He is still on administrative leave pending the conclusion of this investigation and the subsequent investigation.
