PEORIA, Ill. -- College seniors are just weeks into their final semester, but they are already on the lookout for a job after graduation.
Wednesday, Bradley University helped in that endeavor by hosting its annual Spring Job and Internship fair.
One hundred thirteen employers set up shop, and discussed future job and internship opportunity with current students.
Organizers of the job fair say its a good opportunity for students to meet employers face-to-face and start the process of networking.
"For students to gain more information about what employers like to see in a resume can help the students to get additional leadership experience, get that part-time job, or volunteer so that they can add those experiences to their resume and later they'll appeal to a perspective employer," Jane Linnenburger. Executive Director Smith Career Center.
Between 800 and 900 students attended Wednesday's fair. The next job fair will be held on April 4.
