PEORIA, Ill -- Bradley University announced Friday that it has appointed Paul Schroeder Vice President for Enrollment Management effective October 1.
According to a press release from the University, Schroeder will be responsible for refining and enhancing Bradley’s enrollment management program to continue recruiting and enrolling high-achieving classes and an even more geographically diverse student body.
Schroeder will also lead strategic enrollment planning, recruitment management and operations, and strategic management of financial assistance. He also will collaborate with marketing staff to develop successful recruitment strategies and messaging.
“I am pleased to welcome Paul Schroeder to the Bradley community,” said Bradley President Joanne Glasser. “Paul is a detail-oriented, success-driven leader with a wealth of experience in higher education. He will bring vision and experience to Bradley’s efforts to attract highly qualified students from across the nation.”
Schroeder comes to Bradley from the Midwestern Regional Office of The College Board, where, as Senior Educational Manager, he consulted with numerous universities and colleges throughout the region on enrollment strategy planning.
He has served as Senior Associate Director of Admissions at Michigan State University from 1984 until 2002, and Director of Admissions at Roanoke College from 2002 until 2006.
Schroeder holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and a Master of Labor and Industrial Relations degree from Michigan State University.
