PEKIN, Ill. -- Car lovers flocked to Pekin Saturday for the eighth annual Pekin Main Street Car Show.
The two day event, put on by the non-for-profit Pekin Main Street Organization, featured a variety of automobiles, from motorcycles to cars.
As executive director Melida Heien says, the show featured vehicles from throughout history.
"We had a motorcycle night last night. Today is all about cars. Cars of all eras, shapes, and sizes. People rae driving them in down here, hanging out, and spending the day with us," said Heien.
The show was scheduled to run until 8 pm.
