WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Do you want to see President Obama sworn is as president in January? Congressman-Elect Cheri Bustos is giving local residents a chance to do just that.

Bustos announced Tuesday that her office is giving away inauguration tickets via a lottery system. However, according to a press release, tickets are limited and there is no guarantee that everyone who applies will receive one.

There is a limit of four tickets per request and the deadline is December 21, 2012. Anyone can enter the lottery, but preference will be given to those within the Illinois 17th Congressional District.

Anyone receiving tickets will be responsible for their own travel and expenses.
