Concealed Carry to go before Illinois House

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. -- The Illinois General Assembly is to take up the question of "Concealed Carry" gun laws Tuesday in Springfield.

Already, legislators have added 27 amendments to the bill. Most of these are outlining where concealed weapons wouldn't be allowed (i.e. courthouses, gambling casinos, hospitals, churches, mass transit and schools among them).

The National Rifle Association has already vowed to fight some of those restrictions.

Back in December, the Federal Appelate Court gave Illinois Politicians 180 days to come up with a bill authorizing "concealed carry".
