GREEN VALLEY, Ill. -- Tazewell County authorities said they found the body of 35 year old Randy Deskin hanging from a tree in rural Green Valley on Thursday.
Deskin is the man who was acquitted last year of the 2009 murder of Dustin Englebrecht in Mason County. Deskin was apparently the last person seen with Englebrecht.
Tazewell Coroner Carl Powell said Deskin's death was due to hanging, and that Tazewell and State Police are continuing their investigation.
