WASHINGTON, Ill. -- Also, the city of Washington has cancelled its monthly emergency siren test scheduled for this coming Tuesday.

Classes will resume this Tuesday, December 2nd, for Washington District 51 students.

Parents are asked to utilize entrances on Eagle Avenue, off Peoria Street and the main entrance off Cruger.

Kingsbury, however, should be avoided.

Superintendent Chad Allaman adds that students are not to walk, or ride their bicycles, without adult supervision due to safety hazards.
