CHICAGO -- An online travel agency shows some users more expensive options than others, depending on what computer they own.
Staff at Orbitz.com figured out that Mac users generally spend more on hotel rooms, as much as 30 percent more than Windows users.
That's according to the Wall Street Journal, which reports Mac users are also 40 percent more likely to book a four- or five- star hotel than PC users.
Orbitz executives tell the newspaper they are not showing the same room to different users at different rates.
