CHICAGO, Ill. -- Don't be one of some 8 million drivers who gets stranded during the summer travel season.
Travel and insurance company AAA said it will assist approximately 7.9 million motorists between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day.
The good news is there are several easy ways to help you avoid that fate, such as inspecting your tires and spare tire.
Make sure all five are properly inflated and inspect the tread depth.
Also, AAA suggests to check and clean your car battery and be sure to refill your windshield washer fluid and replace your wiper blades.
