LIVINGSTON CO. -- A man pleads not guilty to charges following a fatal crash that left a Pontiac Police Officer and his K-9 partner dead.

Jason collins, 33, of South Carolina is charged with reckless homicide and felony DUI in the deaths of Officer Casey Kohlmeier and his dog, Draco.

On October 30, Collins was driving on I-55 north when he hit Kolhmeier's marked squad car.
