Eastbound lane of Lincoln Ave to close for a week

PEORIA, Ill. -- The eastbound lane of Lincoln Avenue between Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and Wiswall Street will be closed for several days.

The closure is in effect due to crews from Illinois American Water making improvements to the water system.

Work is scheduled to begin on Monday, December 3 and be completed by Friday, December 7.
