FEMA to offer assistance to Bureau County residents this weekend

BUREAU COUNTY -- Residents affected by the April floods that time is running out to sign up for federal assistance.

For those who live in Bureau County, you can get help Saturday, June 8th at the Prouty community building in Princeton.

FEMA staff will be there to help answer questions and sign up residents from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The building is located at 435 South Main Street in Princeton.

FEMA would also like to remind residents that you do not have to sign up in person for federal assistance, you can do so over the phone at 1-800-621-FEMA, or online at disasterassistance.gov.
