Famous musician greeted in musical manner

PEORIA, Ill. --  A Grammy award winning musician has made his way to the river city, and was greeted in an musical manner.

 World famous banjo player Bela Fleck was serenaded by the Central Illinois Banjo Club.

He's in town to play a concert with the Peoria Symphony Orchestra.

And while you may not know who Bela Fleck is, he is quite famous in world of music.

"Bela Fleck is from Nashville. He is a 15 time Grammy award winner. This guy has won more Grammys in different categories then anybody in the history of the Grammys," said Viki Burnett, Marketing Manager Peoria Symphony Orchestra.

Bela Fleck's concert is this Saturday night at 8:00 p.m.
