FARMINGTON, Ill. -- Farmington Police say that the department received a third party call on Sunday, informing them of threats against Farmington High School.

Police looked into the matter and arrested a male student Monday based on those threats. Another source said he is a junior at the school.

The student is being held in the Peoria County juvenile detention center.

Authorities say that the student was working alone, and they believe the school is in no danger.

The student's first court hearing may be held Tuesday.
