Father jailed for allowing teen son to get married

The father of the groom's honeymoon? Jail.

According to the Miami Herald, a Florida man was ordered to serve 180 days in jail on a contempt of court charge for allowing his 16-year-old son to get married in Las Vegas.

The father had been ordered to take his son to a boarding school in Utah, but instead took him to Las Vegas to get married to his housekeeper's daughter, according to the Miami Herald report.
