Father who killed daughter's alleged molester won't be charged

According to KHOU.com, the Texas father who beat to death a 64-year-old man who he caught allegedly molesting his 5-year-old daughter earlier this month won't face criminal charges.

A grand jury declined to indict the man, according to the KHOU report.
