CENTRAL ILLINOIS -- Former congressman Bobby Schilling is looking to reclaim his seat on Capitol Hill.

Schilling is expected to officially announce his candidacy for Illinois' 17th District on Monday.

He was unseated by Cheri Bustos in 2012 after serving only one term in the House.

We caught up with Bustos on Friday as she toured G & M Distributors, a beverage distributing company located in Galesburg.

"My focus is today and tomorrow and next week and next month will be to do the best job I possibly can do. I can't control who runs against me so I'm just focusing on the job I'm doing," said U.S. Representative Cheri Bustos, (D) 17th District.

Schilling is expected to make his candidacy announcement in Galesburg, East Moline and Peoria on Monday.
