Former Illinois Congressman, Mel Reynolds, was deported from Zimbabwe after violating immigration laws in the South African country.

Reynolds pleaded guilty and paid a $100 fine for having an expired visa after his arrest last week.

Another charge of pornography possession was dismissed.

Reynolds, 62, lost his congressional seat in 1995 after being convicted of statutory rape.
