FULTON COUNTY -- A Fulton County man was ordered held on $20,000 bond after attacking two state employees and making racial slurs.

Gilbert McMillan, 52, of Table Grove was charged Thursday with two counts of aggravated battery, two counts of hate crime and one count of aggravated assault.

Gilbert was arrested after allegedly attacking two agents from the Illinois Gaming Board and making racial slurs toward them. He is also accused of fighting with jail staff during the booking process.
