GALESBURG, Ill.-- Residents in the City of Galesburg are concerned after a man was shot and killed in the middle of the street in a neighborhood Monday night.
According to Galesburg Police, authorities responded the 1000 block of Mulberry Street on a call of shots fired just before 11:00 p.m.
Officers found 38-year-old Terrell Allen who had been shot multiple times.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to reports, the incident incites fear in some neighbors, since children are out and about in the usually busy area.
Police say there are no suspects at this time.
