PEORIA, Ill. -- New developments in physical therapy equipment are allowing the elderly and athletes regain a spring in their step more quickly.

The experts at Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers have hooked Sandy Gallant up to their Sproing machine in this week's Get Fit Friday.
