The Methodist Atrium Building was a site of fun and adventure today, as Rapellers participated in the 2nd annual Over the Edge fundraiser.

Peoria Mayor Jim Ardis and WHOI Daybreak's Gretchen Primeau were among the thrill seekers.

The money raised benefits the Scout Reach Program for at risk youth in 14 Central Illinois Counties.

"Those that might not have the means to be apart of the scouting. We make sure they get the same good morals, values, character building, and leadership skills that all other scouts receive," says David Schwartz, Communications Director for Boy Scouts of Central Illinois.

The 2nd Annual Over the Edge Event raised more than $70,000 for the Scout Reach Program. The funds will be used to send Urban Scouters to Cache Lake in Canada for a week-long camping trip.
