MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- Google announced Friday. that they are cutting 1200 jobs at Motorola Mobility.
The tech giant bought Motorola in 2012 and laid off 4,000 jobs in August.
Google says its reducing 10 percent of its workforce so it can focus more on software and smartphones and less on feature phones.
Google says it it is committed to helping laid off employees find future employment.
