BLOOMINGTON, IL. – Former spokesperson for McLean County Toys for Tots, Matt Drat, is now the new Donor Relations Coordinator at Home Sweet Home Ministries.

CEO, Mary Anna Pullin, said the decision to hire a person specifically focused on donor relations has been in the works for a while. “Most of our staff do two or three different jobs. We have also been experiencing growth across the organization. We want to focus more time and energy building relationships with our donors. Our Ministry has positive community impact because we have so many generous donors.”

Drat served as the local director of the United States Marine Corps Toys for Tots for nearly 20 years. Drat brings experience in both resource development and human service to this new position.

Drat started at the ministry on March 8. His goals will be focused on helping Home Sweet Home forge relationships and partnerships with more groups, individuals, churches and organizations across the community.
