PEORIA, Ill. -- One of the suspects in the spree of home invasions from earlier this year was indicted on 37 more charges on Monday.
Perry Rosetto, 43, of 1906 N Ellis, now faces over 40 charges. He was first indicted earlier this month for allegedly breaking into the home of Ron and Mari Halliday, tying them up at gunpoint and stealing their belongings.
Rosetto faces charges of Home Invasion, Armed Robbery, Residential Burglary, Aggravated Unlawful Restraint, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon and Unlawful Possession of a Defaced Firearm.
Also indicted earlier this month were Blair Johnson and Stefan Crayton. Neither man have yet to be hit with further charges.
Rosetto is next scheduled in court on January 24.
