Homeless man gets to keep $77,000 he found along river

A lucky find for a homeless man in Texas. And he gets to keep it.

According to the Austin (Texas) American-Statesman, a 46-year-old homeless man will get to keep $77,000 in cash and gold coins he found along the Colorado River in January after a city council voted to return the money to the man.
