Illinois State University Board of Trustees approves tuition increase

NORMAL, Ill. -- On Friday, Illinois State University’s Board of Trustees approved a tuition increase for new freshman and transfer students for the 2013-14 academic year.

New undergraduate, full-time students from Illinois will pay $342 per credit hour in tuition for the 2013-14 academic year, a $7 increase per credit hour from last year. New out-of-state, full-time undergraduate students will pay $590 per credit hour, a $12 increase per credit hour.
The new students will continue to pay these rates through summer of 2017.
