Indian restaurant to donate proceeds to East Coast

PEORIA, Ill. -- Since Sandy devastated the east coast, the American Red Cross has been assisting hundreds of thousands of families hit hard by the storm.

Here at home, you can join the cause just by dining out.

Puran India will donate all of its lunch and dinner proceeds on Sunday to Red Cross Sandy relief efforts.

Puran India is an Indian cuisine restaurant that serves a lunch buffet from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and dinner from 4:30 p.m to 9:00 p.m.

It's located at 1112 West Pioneer Parkway in Peoria.
