Interview: Bon Appetit with Top Chef winner Kevin Sbraga

EAST PEORIA, Ill. -- In it's second year PARC's Bon Appetit event will be bigger than ever.

The organization is bringing in the Season 7 Top Chef winner to prepare a meal for guests to enjoy.

News 25's Ashley McNamee sat down with Kristen Berchtold with PARC to talk about the unique culinary event, Bon Appétit LIVE!


Bon Appétit LIVE! features a live, interactive cooking demonstration by Top Chef's Season 7 Winner Chef Kevin Sbraga, a gourmet dinner inspired by Chef Sbraga and a silent auction of one-of-a-kind artwork created by individuals PARC serves.

This year will also feature Top Chef-inspired local chef competitions. Some of the most respected chefs in the area will compete based on challenges from Top Chef episodes and be judged by a panel of culinary experts and guest judges.
