Interview: Bradley event benefits Parkinson's research

EAST PEORIA, Ill. -- The Center for Disease control rates complications from Parkinson's disease as the 14th leading cause of death in the United States.

There is hope, however, as scientists work towards a cure and make progress in identifying the best treatment options for patients.

News 25's Ashley McNamee sat down with Roger Halleen, state director of the Parkinson Action Network and Dr. Craig Cady of Bradley University to talk about research funding and an event going on right here in Peoria.
