The Midwest Food Bank has been in operation for 10 years and its growth in that time is amazing.

The food bank began in a small barn on a farm in McLean County in 2003. They served 10 local agencies. Now the Midwest Food Bank has four locations and serves food pantries and soup kitchens for 203 different agencies.

They are hosting their 4th annual Midwest Food Bank Gospel Concert this week. Marjorie LaFont joined News 25’s Anna Yee to talk about some changes for this year’s event.
