PEORIA, Ill. -- The world's biggest grill has rolled into central Illinois and with it comes thousands of brats.

The Johnsonville Big Taste Grill has set up shop in the parking lot of Schnuck's on North University.

The semi-truck sized grill measures 65 feet long and have the ability to prepare 750 brats at a time. That translates into around 2,500 brats an hour.

The brats are on sale to benefit the Race for the Cure and the fight against breast cancer.

"It's important to give back, We like to work with both local and national charities wherever we stop, just to kinda say thank you to the community that help support Johnsonville, as well as more a little bit of good in the world. We like to say that we eat good and we do good,” said Johnsonville Grill Master Tucker May.

The Big Taste Grill will be at Schnuck's all weekend starting Friday at 11 a.m.

A brat, chips and a soda costs just $4 and all proceeds benefit the Komen Race for the Cure.
