In Logan County, a judge has put a gag order on lawyers in the Christoper Harris murder trial.

That ruling comes after Harris' Attorney, Dan Fultz of Springfield, gave an interview to a Champaign TV Station, outlining the defense's strategy.

Harris is charged with killing five members of the Gee family of Beason in 2009.

The judge rejected a motion from Logan County prosecutors to move the trial away from Peoria. Harris is set to go on trial April 29.

The judge also rejected a motion from Harris' lawyers for the jury to visit the crime scene in Beason
