Leuthold requesting his bond reduced

PEORIA, IL-- Nathan Leuthold,accused of the Valentine's Day killing of his wife at their Northern Peoria home, is being held under $2 million bond.

Prosecutors say a note believed to be from Denise Leuthold was found by police-- stating her husband wanted her dead

Police believe Nathan Leuthold killed his wife after beginning a relationship with a young Lithuanian student the couple had sponsored.

Leuthold is set to go on trial in August.
