Limestone basketball player arrested on drug charges

PEORIA, Ill. -- A Limestone High School basketball player is in the Peoria County Jail after being arrested on drug charges.

Terence Shelby, 18, was arrested early Monday morning. He is charged with manufacturing or delivering cannabis and possession of a controlled substance.

Shelby was the leading scorer for the Limestone Rockets this season.

He is due in court next month.
